Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026+ initiatives, forecasting emerging trends and their market implications
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and next-gen IoT solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategies with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Oversee cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of innovation curves
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum computing
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
