Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing, AI, and biotech research institutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption in key verticals (healthcare, logistics, energy)
- Present findings to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and mentor an elite team of futurists and technologists
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in AI/quantum/biotech implementation at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, NIST)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercializations
