Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into customer-centric offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms, carbon capture tech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical background with proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., INSEAD, MIT Sloan) highly desirable
