Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and patent research
- Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for next-gen innovations
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
