Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in future-tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering

- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $1B+ valuations
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for AI, genetic engineering, and autonomous systems
