Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) and their business applications
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and organizational goals
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with corporate vision and investment priorities
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and prepare mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging tech startups for partnership opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of successful tech strategy implementations with quantifiable impact
