- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley's most disruptive startups and research institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 scale impact
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in future-tech forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to translate technical complexity to strategic vision
