- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ technology trend forecasts across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Design strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging market disruptors and regulatory landscapes
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to capture emerging innovations
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports influencing company-wide strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record translating emerging tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (whitepapers, journals)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
