Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate resilience technologies
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market transformations and regulatory shifts
- Design innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Facilitate cross-industry futures dialogues with thought leaders and policymakers
- Translate foresight insights into product development pipelines and investment strategies
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners and academic researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or scenario planning projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on exponential technology adoption
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, causal layered analysis, or backcasting
- Track record of implementing future-proofed strategies in volatile markets
