Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) to develop strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios and innovation opportunities
- Produce forward-looking reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or research
