Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 2026-2030 strategic roadmap
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-proof business models
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for long-term transformation initiatives
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation frameworks
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in ambiguous environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of implemented innovation strategies with measurable outcomes
- Fluency in strategic visualization and executive communication
