- Lead cross-functional teams in executing rapid prototyping and pilot programs for emerging tech
- Present future-state analyses to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Curate quarterly trend reports and horizon scanning briefings
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related technical field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFK, CET) preferred
