Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable initiatives
- Analyze competitive landscapes and anticipate disruptive forces across global markets
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field

- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
