Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for 2026 market scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration, neuro-interfaces, and climate adaptation tech
- Deliver executive briefings on exponential technology impacts and paradigm shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Author white papers on 'The 2026 Economy' for industry summits and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Futures Platform)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
