Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify 2026+ market opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Maintain competitive intelligence ecosystem tracking global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruption analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
