Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future opportunities into actionable innovation pipelines
- Produce strategic reports on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in global tech landscapes
- Build and maintain relationships with futurist communities, research institutions, and innovation partners
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proof methodologies and agile innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
