Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with company's 2026 strategic vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on future market landscapes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, R&D labs, and emerging tech startups
- Create compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate future scenarios to stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies and strategic foresight
- Author quarterly trend briefings and annual innovation whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management preferred
