Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends across technology, economics, and social landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ business transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps and product development pipelines
- Deliver executive-level presentations and workshops on future implications and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce actionable trend reports and white papers that inform long-term corporate strategy
- Champion a future-oriented mindset across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technological forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects or publications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize disparate data points into coherent narratives
