- Develop innovation frameworks for emerging markets including AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams to align on future priorities
- Produce foresight reports and scenario analyses for board-level decision support
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for potential partnerships
- Represent Horizon at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Design and implement pilot programs for futuristic solutions in real-world environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
