- Design and implement horizon scanning systems using AI-driven trend analysis

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio of published forecasts required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (generative AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
