Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence framework
- Lead horizon-scanning workshops with innovation partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future-shaping technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition capabilities
- Experience presenting complex scenarios to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-impact analysis or scenario planning work
