Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive horizon scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-level executives and innovation teams
- Create strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with sustainable development goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate innovation ecosystems
- Produce white papers and thought leadership content on future-of-work transformations
- Advise on ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks for 2026+
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
