Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios to executive teams and stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors influencing technological adoption
- Lead the development of patent-pending frameworks for strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong presentation skills with history of influencing C-level decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
