Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product development lifecycles
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and scenario-planning sessions for leadership teams
- Produce forward-looking reports and presentations for stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor and analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting future business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles with proven track record
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
