Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into executable innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions using design sprints and rapid experimentation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and workshop facilitation abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
