Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans and roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to align leadership on future vision and priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or Web3 technologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business value
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
