- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive market shifts and ethical implications
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and government innovation bodies
- Advise leadership on scenario planning for global supply chain and workforce evolution
- Drive sustainability integration into all future-state strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
