- Lead cross-functional sprints with AI researchers, bioengineers, and UX designers to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of exponential technologies and societal shifts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation consultants
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-ready innovation frameworks implemented
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
