Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and disruption preparedness
- Author thought leadership reports on AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable futures
- Build cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advose C-suite on long-term R&D investment strategies
- Maintain global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
