Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce actionable foresight reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight into R&D priorities and product development roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications (e.g., Futures, Foresight)
