Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Produce actionable scenario plans for regulatory and market disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning outputs
