Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks through systematic horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for quantum-AI convergence challenges
- Produce strategic roadmaps for ethical implementation of neuro-interfaces and biometric systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align organizational capabilities with emerging market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and future-readiness across product ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable tech adoption in post-human augmentation eras
- Manage the innovation pipeline from concept validation to market entry for 2026 product launches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotechnology convergence domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with advanced visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
