Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation pipeline prioritization and R&D investment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios and contingency plans
- Produce executive foresight reports and trend briefings for board-level decision-making
- Design and implement horizon-scanning processes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps and feature development
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or market strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
