Responsibilities
- Scan global trends across AI, biotechnology, sustainability, and quantum computing to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 2026+ strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, scientists, and innovation pioneers
- Quantify market potential and ROI for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience working with C-suite executives in technology or finance sectors
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and foresight software
