- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economic, and sociocultural domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof business models and product visions
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and boards of directors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Mentor senior leadership on emerging technologies and their strategic implications
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Published thought leader in innovation or strategic foresight publications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global organizations
