- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop multi-year strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations on future implications
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy organizations
- Translate complex futures insights into actionable product development frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on emerging market opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and cross-sector partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or similar institution)
