Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities across industries
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Present future insights to executive teams and external stakeholders
- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator for moonshot projects
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-of-work and tech ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with Delphi methods, technology roadmapping, and trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects launched in the last 3 years
