Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to validate innovation hypotheses through rapid prototyping
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports on near-future opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future insights or implemented innovations
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives
