Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation consulting or strategic foresight roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proficiency with AI/ML tools and emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
