Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Design and implement R&D frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Deliver keynote presentations at innovation conferences and publish thought leadership
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, books, journals)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
