Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
