- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., climate-positive AI, neuro-interfaces)
- Author thought leadership published in Nature Futures and MIT Tech Review
- Mentor a global team of futurists and innovation architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published work in foresight methodology or technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofed innovations
