Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic foresight reports on societal, economic, and technological megatrends
- Design prototyping frameworks for next-gen products and services targeting 2026 markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published research or thought leadership on future technologies
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multinational innovation teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) preferred
