Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts (2026+)
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders
- Present compelling scenarios to executive teams for strategic decision-making
- Oversee incubation of emerging technologies from concept to pilot stage
- Produce forward-looking reports and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in foresight, innovation strategy, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
