Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to identify strategic opportunities and risks for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop and lead scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience and innovation pipeline
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into R&D roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and present findings to executive leadership and investors
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for trend intelligence
- Quantify market readiness and adoption timelines for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, biotech governance, or climate tech disruption
- Experience translating foresight into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from foresight-driven initiatives
