Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and space exploration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Present strategic futures analyses to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies to co-develop emerging technologies
- Design and implement innovation methodologies that balance visionary thinking with practical execution
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in advanced foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, journals, conferences)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects launched in the past 5 years
- Experience working in agile environments with rapid prototyping capabilities
