Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Design and lead innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Develop strategic frameworks for sustainable and ethical technology adoption across industries
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive business models
- Establish thought leadership through keynote presentations, whitepapers, and industry panels
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ ecosystems
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, climate tech, and biotechnology convergence points
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level influence capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) or equivalent practical experience
- Published work in innovation or futurism journals/conferences
