Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive futures intelligence framework to identify disruptive trends across technology, society, and markets
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D centers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor internal teams on futures thinking methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities with complex data sets
- Experience facilitating strategic workshops with C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Strong network within global innovation and foresight communities
