- Author foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into business strategy
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend networks and horizon scanning
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting trends with 85%+ accuracy in tech or sustainability sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented future-shaping strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
