Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Translate foresight insights into strategic product development and business transformation initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry pioneers
- Author visionary whitepapers and present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities with data-driven foresight methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing C-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Experience with global trend analysis and scenario planning tools
